Who We Are
Jeremy holds an undergraduate business degree from Tulane University and a law degree from the University of Texas. He practiced for 13 years as an attorney dedicated to complex restructurings at Jenner & Block LLP, Winston & Strawn LLP, and Proskauer Rose LLP; each an Am Law 100 firm. His experience includes representing debtors, creditors and other stakeholders in all elements of chapter 11 cases, including negotiating, documenting and executing sales of individual claims in chapter 11 cases, as well as enterprise sales and comprehensive restructurings. Institutional clients for whom Jeremy provided service include Goldman Sachs, G.E. Finance, and Fifth Street Finance Corporation.

Rob spent more than ten years in the Restructuring & Turnaround Group at Alvarez & Marsal working for both creditors and debtors. He is well-versed in the bankruptcy process and has managed trade claims at numerous debtors. With over 15 years of experience working for or advising companies across diverse industries, he is acutely aware of the business need to generate liquidity and focus on one's core business in times of distress.
